Ten Miles of East Bay Hills
The Tilden Tough Ten lives up to its name — a challenging 10-mile road race through stunning Tilden Regional Park in the Berkeley hills. Starting at Inspiration Point, the course rewards runners with incredible views and a true test of fitness.
This race replaces the Fourth Sunday Race in May. Lake Merritt Run Club members receive a discounted entry fee. Space is limited — register early!

Course
10 miles through Tilden Regional Park with significant elevation change — genuinely tough and genuinely beautiful.
